Custom set of generous 2.2ml sample sprayers. Options include all released fragrances, all limited releases including Assam, and usually some that are still unreleased. Now available in three sizes; when you add to cart a popup window will appear for making selections.
Shipping is free, samples are large enough for several full wears and the sprayers work well so that they can be worn and experienced as intended, not on paper. There’s not a weak, rushed or derivative fragrance in the line, though tastes and perceptions will differ. The sample options include some fragrances, including unreleased ones, that aren’t available as full bottles; if it appears as a checkbox option, it’s currently available to sample.
Packaging is on-brand, ie mysterious, cheeky and fairly minimal (yet effective at preventing cross-contamination and breakage) because we’re all about the juice. The glass sprayers have screw caps and the stems work well as mini wands for testing on skin, just make sure to screw them back on tightly.
See the limited releases page for descriptions of unreleased, limited release and EDT fragrances. Individual samples are not generally available, except through American Perfumer (Silver, Madrid, Master, Ashes, Film Noir, Novochoc and Wendover, so far) and occasionally in conjunction with new releases.
Update 12/15 Haunted is now available again as samples. Pool Boy samples are still available and there’s a new batch now mixed; samples are from the previous batch which is the same except for age.
Update 11/15 Orpheus is now gone and samples won’t be available until the new batch is ready, several months at least.
“I’d sworn off buying perfume for awhile too bc i had sooooo many samples and nothing was ever just right. But man. I have to say. It’s fucking SHOCKING even my husband likes ALL OF THEM. We. Never. Like. The. Same. Scents. Like, he will tolerate Burberry Flannel bc I love it & therefore buy it for him but we usually have opposite profile preferences.” - Mary H.
“I got the full set of samples minus Novochok (not a fan of cocoa scents). I'm extremely impressed with this house. Believe the hype. There was nothing I outright disliked and quite a few that I really really liked (Madrid, Assam, Film Noir, Silver, Master, and the unreleased Enigma). This is an "amateur" house akin to Fazzolari, Papillon, Kerosene, etc. that has the polish, poise, and creativity of the best pro niche houses like Parfum d'Empire and Malle.” - Rinx 7, Basenotes
